On Saturday, 22nd November, we ran our first women's self defence seminar at EACH in Kilmarnock with instructor Clare Rlliot(500 rising) and our own Surraya StuckieHealy. It was a small but enthusiastic group. Topics covered were: The fence position, trusting your intuition, using your voice to draw attention. Then plenty of hitting pads to help build confidence.
